After topping the charts last week with the second highest debut album of the year- behind Mariah Carey's E=MC2, Usher's sixth studio album Here I Stand comes in at No. 3 this week, according to Nielsen SoundScan. Hit with a 67% decrease in sales, the set shifted an outstanding 145,000 copies. Powered by the hit lead single "Love In This Club" featuring Young Jeezy and the rising second single "Moving Mountains," in just two weeks, Usher's certified gold album has moved 589,000 copies.

R&B singer Usher, who recently signed a deal to be the face of Sony Ericsson’s new Walkman, jumped into the podcasting arena today with the debut of his new video podcasting network in partnership with Wizzard Media. The video podcasting network series set to be distributed through iTunes in addition to Wizzard.tv will include behind the scenes access to the business of launching an album, producing a video, preparing for a tour, philanthropy, and more. "The entertainment business is much more than the red carpets and VIP parties. I want to expose viewers to the daily grind of the industry," said Usher. Recently married superstars Jay-Z and Usher have recorded a duet celebrating the joys of being married to their respective wives. The title of the song "Best Thing," is featured on Usher's album Here I Stand, in-stores May 27. "Of course, with the talk of both of us now being newlyweds, there is a question as to why, and is it real?" Usher told MTV Base of the song, produced by Jermaine Dupri (who could certainly understand the sentiment, being longtime boyfriend to Janet Jackson). "Well, if you hear that [song], you'll understand what [Jay-Z] meant when he says, 'Seeds becomes plants/ Boys become men/ You've got to grow up, not down.'"
